David was appointed to the Board of Directors in May 2024, having previously served as an Associate Director.

Having played academy football in his younger years, David has built a successful career within the engineering and infrastructure sectors. He is currently Head of Projects & Lifecycle for a global services provider, having previously led the operations of a specialist technical asset management consultancy across multiple continents. David is a professionally registered Incorporated Engineer with the Engineering Council.

Since joining the Board, David has played a key role across a number of the Club’s most significant strategic and operational initiatives. Having previously contributed to both the Relocation and Football Operations subcommittees. Currently, he is also a member of the Operations Group.

As his role has developed, David’s primary responsibilities include working closely with the Chief Executive, leading on the Club’s long-term strategic direction, and developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and benefactors to support the club’s sustainable future.
