John Steps Down

John Alexander has stepped down from the board as of 31st January. Although he stood for election at our AGM in December, and was successfully elected, this is a move which he had previously indicated to colleagues was likely.

John offered his services last March, making his return to the board when departure from Broadwood became inevitable. He stood in as Interim Financial Director with a plan to recruit a replacement and, as chair of the Clyde FC Community Foundation, he also led the Lauren Rabbitte defence and brought his knowledge and experience to the Relocation Group.

John retains his place on the Community Foundation board, and will concentrate on giving his time to both the charity and the Relocation Group free of distractions.
