Festive Raffle Draw Postponed

The club can advise that it has taken the decision to postpone the 2020 Festive Raffle Draw, originally scheduled to take place on Saturday (26th December).

This is in response to the acute postal delays currently being experienced across the country. The club is aware of many supporters who have posted their entries/monies in good time, but as of yet they have not been received.

In the interest of fairness to all those who have purchased tickets, or sold them to family and friends, the draw has been delayed to ensure that entries are included.

A new date will be announced as soon as possible, as and when returns are received.

Clyde director, Gordon Nisbet said:-

“The response to date to this annual initiative has been truly terrific. Going on the high number of enquiries in regard to concerns about the postal backlog, we think it is only fit and proper that we should delay the draw to allow time for entries to arrive. The club would like to once again thank all contributors and we are still aiming to hold the draw during the festive period if possible.”
