New Signing: Tom Lang

The club is pleased to announce the signing of Tom Lang from Stranraer.

Lang is a 20-year-old defender, who spent his youth career with Birmingham City and Rangers. At the start of the year, Tom joined Dumbarton and he then moved to Stair Park ahead of the 2017-18 season.

A deal was agreed today to bring Tom to Clyde and he will officially join the squad when the transwer window opens in January.

After making his first new addition to the squad, Danny Lennon said:-

“We are delighted to have Tom join us. He is only 20 and a player with great potential, which we want to help him convert into quality performances. He will provide us with a bit more versatility in a few positions that we feel is needed. 

“Tom is a very composed footballer. There are parts of his game that we feel we can help him with and we look forward to working together on that, but there are certainly areas of his game that we greatly admire and we want him contributing to our efforts on the pitch.”
