PREVIEW: Formartine United v Clyde

The Bully Wee’s 2015-16 William Hill Scottish Cup campaign gets underway tomorrow, with a trip to Aberdeenshire to take on Highland League outfit Formartine United.

The tie is the first ever meeting of the two sides.

Formartine have enjoyed a good start to their Highland League season and currently sit in third place in the table. The Pitmedden-based club have a familiar face in their ranks; former Clyde defender Craig McKeown, who was of course part of a famous Scottish Cup match for The Bully Wee in 2006.

For Clyde, Scott Durie and Brian McQueen are ruled out through injury.

The match kicks-off at 3pm at North Lodge Park, Pitmedden and in the event of a draw after 90 minutes, a replay will take place at Broadwood on Saturday 31st October.
