PREVIEW: Clyde v Montrose

Montrose visit Broadwood tomorrow, in the first of three League Two home games in a row for The Bully Wee.

Last weekend’s 1-1 draw with East Fife stretched Clyde’s unbeaten run to four matches, meanwhile, bottom of the league Montrose have won just one of their last 12 games.

Montrose replaced manager George Shields with the experienced Paul Hegarty earlier this month and the Broadwood clash will be only Hegarty’s second game in charge of The Gable Endies.

The previous two meetings between the sides this season have been won by the team playing away from home, with Clyde winning 3-0 in Angus thanks to goals from Scott Ferguson, Euan Murray and Aidan McIlduff, while Montrose ran out 2-1 winners at Broadwood in September.

For Clyde, new signings Paul Slane and Mark Roberts will be included in the squad and Mark McLaughlin is in contention to return after missing last week’s match through illness.

Supporters please note that, following refurbishment work at Broadwood, the refreshments kiosk on the ground floor of the Main Stand will be available for use again. Executive Club members will be located in the new suite on the top floor of the stand. The club would like to thank fans for their patience over the last seven months.
