Slane and Roberts Sign

The club today completed the signatures of Paul Slane and Mark Roberts until the end of the season.

Slane, 23, left Ayr United during the January transfer window and is formerly of Motherwell and Celtic. During his time at Celtic Park, the winger also featured in loan spells at Milton Keynes Dons and Partick Thistle.

Veteren forward Roberts has enjoyed a long career in the game, most notably with Kilmarnock, Airdrie, Partick Thistle and Ayr United. Like Slane, Mark recently parted company with the Somerset Park club, following a three-year spell as their player-manager.

Both men have been training with Clyde for several weeks and also featured as trialists in recent matches.
