Ankle Injury for Barclay

First choice ‘keeper Jamie Barclay is set for a spell on the sidelines, after picking up an ankle injury at training on Thursday. The 23-year-old went over awkwardly and tests have now revealed that he has a chipped bone.

Jamie missed today’s match against Elgin City, with Nic Rajovic making his first league start for The Bully Wee.

Jim Duffy said, “It looks like Jamie will be out for a few weeks. It’s a chance for Nic to show what he can do and he has waited patiently for a run in the team.

“I thought he did really well today. He kept everything neat and tidy and had no chance for their goal.”

Stuart McColm was also missing from the squad today, due to work commitments.
