PREVIEW: Clyde v Montrose
Clyde face Montrose at Broadwood tomorrow, in a match that manager Jim Duffy is keen for The Bully Wee to gain maximum points.
“The league is tight and you can rise or fall a number of places with a single defeat or victory,” Jim said. “Three points for a win obviously is a factor and it shows the importance of getting maximum points. We have won away now and it would be great to follow up the performance at Annan with a home win.”
The task has not been made easier with a growing injury list.
Jim concluded, “We do have doubts over a number of players, including Gavin Brown and Stef McCluskey as well as Michael Daly who picked up a knock in training on Thursday night.
“What it does do is give other players a chance and Sean Fitzharris has been added. Sean has great ability and has been so unfortunate with injuries since he joined us, but he makes a return to the matchday squad tomorrow.”
