Sharon Wins Big Jackpot
The Clyde FC Lottery produced another big winner tonight, as Sharon Cooper of Bishopbriggs scooped an amazing jackpot of £9,750.
Sharon, who is married with three sons, correctly selected the four winning numbers; 7, 13, 16 and 18. It’s the fourth biggest top prize ever to be claimed on the Lottery.
The lucky ticket, pictured here, was filled in at The Press Bar in Glasgow, from where she is a regular player via Bully Wee fan and lottery agent George Morrison. On being given the fantastic news this evening, a shellshocked Sharon was first and foremost pleased that her boys’ Christmas was now taken care of! She will be presented with her big cheque at the Alloa match on Tuesday.
The jackpot was last won in February and has been rolling over by £250 every week since then. Fourteen players also shared the second prize of £250.
