Steven and Sean Get the Call

Congratulations are due to two of the Bully Wee’s youth development players.

Striker Steven Howarth (pictured) and defender Sean Febers have both been selected for the latest Scottish Schoolboys U-18 squad.

The club has been delighted with the progress of Howarth and Febers to date and all at Clyde are pleased that this has been recognised with the international call.

As part of the club’s commitment to youth development, during the past fortnight Gary Bollan has arranged for a number of the youth kids to train alongside the first team squad.

This gave the youngsters the opportunity to benefit from extra coaching and learn at first hand the demands of professional football.

The initiative was very succesful and is set to be repeated during the Easter holiday period.
