Dunfermline 2 v 1 Clyde

The Bully Wee were on the receiving end of a second half comeback at East End Park today, which leaves the battle to avoid the play-off unchanged with Morton and Livingston also losing.

Clyde competed well int he first half and were duly rewarded with an opening goal on the stroke of half-time. Dave McKay did well to get free on the wing and his teasing cross was well converted on the volley by Pat Clarke.

The hosts were visibly hungrier after the break and, following a Marvyn Wilson mistake, were awarded a penalty for a Gibson foul that appeared to take place outside the box. Stephen Glass made no mistake.

There was worse to come for Clyde, as a Dunfermline breakaway led to McIntyre sweeping the ball home from inside the box.
