Dunfermline v Clyde
The Official Website caught up with John Brown this afternoon, following Friday training at Broadwood ahead of the trip to East End Park tomorrow.
The Clyde boss was in good spirits:-
“We gave ourselves a big lift last week by beating Livingston and we’re looking for a positive performance to take us into the last two matches.
“We’ve got to forget about what Morton and Livingston are doing and do things ourselves now.”
Neil McGregor and Gary McSwegan will both face morning fitness tests for The Bully Wee. Neil is rated as “50/50” to play due to a leg knock and Gary has missed some training sessions this week with a hamstring problem.
Sean Fagan is also still sidelined, but Gary Arbuckle is fit and ready to return to the team.
John continued:-
“We know how hard tomorrow’s match is going to be but if we can get something out of it that would be a huge bonus.
“It is a massive game, but they have all been since I arrived at the club and whether we win, lose or draw tomorrow it won’t be that result that decides where we finish, it’ll be all 36.
“We can take comfort from our second half performance against them at Broadwood when we caused them problems and our away record is reasonable.”
