Young Sponsor Ross Is On The Ball

Four month old Ross McCammick from Renfrew may be unaware of the fact but he is not only is a fourth generation Clyde supporter but he is also the official website sponsor of Steve Masterton.

Ross’s dad is Brian McCammick, who does such a great job each match day in his customer service capacity on the Broadwood Stadium reception desk. Grandfather Ronnie has for many years, from Shawfield all the way through to Broadwood, overseen all aspects of collecting, counting and balancing the Clyde turnstile income.

Young Ross is the twelfth supporter, of all ages, to become a website player sponsor this season. Please click on the “Sponsors” list on the bottom left hand side of the Squad Profiles page to see who has already been sponsored and which players remain available.

For just £15 (including VAT) your name and photograph can appear on the website next to your sponsored player until 31 May 2006

The other way to sponsor a player is described on page 55 of this season’s Clyde View programme. Print deadlines meant that the Dundee match edition of the programme showed that all the players appeared to be available!

Not quite! Commercial Manager Jack Rolland has already linked a number of supporters to players as the next programme will illustrate.

As a player sponsor in the Clyde View, your name will appear beside your player in every match day programme and the player’s jersey will be yours to keep at the end of the season, signed if you so desire.
