Steve Tries Again

Experienced websurfers who are mad on football will have noticed Steve Johnson’s excellent site called Grounds Tour. As his banner illustration indicates, its aim is to offer a neutral football fan’s perspective of all grounds in the UK.

Preston North End fan Steve will travel from Lancashire on Saturday to take in our home match against St Johnstone. Hopefully for him the trip will be more rewarding than his last journey to Broadwood which was on the night of our ill-fated, rained-off midweek clash with St Mirren in December.

Steve has already taken in one Clyde match this season, our league cup victory against Airdrie United, so here’s hoping he can again be a lucky omen for us on Saturday.
