Clyde 4 V 2 Arbroath

Clyde ended a great season on a high note today, with an entertaining victory at Broadwood. Pat Keogh scored an early opener, before the visitors equalised with a bizarre goal.

Three fine goals from David Hagen, Keogh again and Andy Millen capped a superb last day performance despite the difficult conditions.

Clyde Kids’ Club Member Lewis Kenna presented Bryn Halliwell with the Kids’ Club Player of the Year award before the match (pictured left), and the Keeping the Jersey Warm ‘Dream Team’ were given their strips from their corresponding first team player (pictured below).

At half-time, the Website Members’ draw took place and Ken Carpy is the winner of the signed ‘125’ shirt.

All the players and management took a richly deserved bow in front of an appreciative Clyde support at the end of the match, to celebrate the club’s best season in over 30 years.

A full match report with reaction will appear in the ‘Fixtures / Results’ section soon.

The other results in the Division 1 were:-
