Spanish Trialist To Play At Livingston

Tomorrow night (Wednesday) Clyde travel to Livingston to play their first friendly of 2002/03. Alan Kernaghan is taking the full squad to Almondvale, and has stressed that fitness is the most important gain from the match.

Simon Mensing and Mark McLaughlin are struggling to make the match with minor injuries, and Willie Falconer is in Largs doing his coaching badge this week so he will miss out. A mystery Spanish goalkeeper is set to feature as a trialist.

The game is not closed door, and is likely to be played on Livi’s astroturf park. Kick off is at 7pm if you wish to make the short journey to see Clyde in action.
