Ronald Returns To Coach Under 10S
Former Clyde midfielder Paul Ronald has returned to the Club to take on the job of Under 10s Coach.
Many Clyde fans will remember Paul from his first spell at the club, after he signed from Pollock Juniors in 1992. He went on to be a vital part of Clyde’s Second Division title winning team that year, and his overhead kick against Queen’s Park at Hampden that year is still one of the most memorable goals for Clyde fans. .
“Jurgen”, now 31, was always a player with much potential, but he sadly struggled with injuries in subsequent years at Clyde and eventually left the Club. Spells at East Fife, Stranraer and Berwick followed, and last year he was part of Ian McCall’s Airdrie squad.
Now, he has decided to try a coaching role, and Clyde’s Under 10s are sure to benefit from the appointment.
