Robson, who can also play further forward as a left-wing-back, came through the academy at Sunderland and made one appearance for the Mackems in the English Premier League in 2016.

The Englishman came north in 2018 to join Falkirk and later played for Partick Thistle. He moved across Glasgow in 2020 to sign for Queen’s Park, and helped the Spiders to back-to-back promotions from League 2 to the Championship, before leaving Hampden this summer.

Signed on a two-year deal with Clyde in July 2024.
