Marley is a Hamilton Academical youth product who made over 50 appearances for The Accies whilst they were in the Championship and League One.

Having originally made the move to Clyde in June of 2024, an injury-interrupted first season meant that Bully Wee fans only saw the best of the winger in flashes. Darren Young tied him down to a two-year contract extension last summer, and Redfern responded with a strong season which featured 12 goals and a first professional hat-trick in the 6-0 trouncing of Annan Athletic.

Marley is contracted to the club until the summer of 2027.
