Pat Nevin Returns as Hospitality Guest for Spartans Match

We are delighted to welcome former Bully Wee player and Scotland international Pat Nevin back to the club as our special hospitality guest for the home match against The Spartans on Saturday 7 November.

A familiar face to the Clyde support, Pat will take part in a pre-match Q&A session in hospitality, sharing stories from his time with the Bully Wee, his playing career and his experiences in football.

Pat began his senior career at Clyde before moving to Chelsea in 1983, going on to enjoy a successful career that also included spells with Everton, Tranmere Rovers and Kilmarnock, as well as earning 28 international caps for Scotland.

Since hanging up his boots, Pat has become one of Scottish football’s most recognisable voices through his work in broadcasting and punditry.

Hospitality places are still available for the Spartans match, offering supporters the opportunity to hear from one of the club’s best-known former players and enjoy a memorable afternoon ahead of kick-off.

Supporters can book their hospitality places online.

Game On: Words in Motion

Pat will also be involved in the Clyde FC Community Foundation’s Game On: Words in Motion workshop during his visit.

The workshop is part of the Foundation’s ongoing work to use football as a force for good, creating opportunities for people to connect, participate and engage with the club beyond matchdays.

Further information about the workshop and Pat’s involvement can be found on the Foundation social media channels or by emailing alan.white@clydefc.co.uk.
