Three More Sign On

We are pleased to announce that Kyle Connell, Logan Dunachie and Scott Williamson have all signed new contracts ahead of the 2026-27 campaign. Kyle and Logan have put pen to paper on one-year deals, whilst Scott has committed his future to The Bully Wee until the summer of 2028.

Connell got into double figures in both assists and goals in the season just ended, making a total of 22 goal contributions.

Dunachie’s form in his 46 appearances saw him earn a place in the PFA Scotland League 2 Team of the Year. The big centre-half now enters a fourth season with The Bully Wee.

Williamson netted 17 times last season, topping Clyde’s scoring charts, and won the League 2 Player of the Month award for April.

“We’re delighted to secure Kyle, Logan and Scott on new contracts and keep another three important players at the club. Kyle worked really hard last season and you can see that in his goals and assist stats. His quality from set pieces is also a key asset for us, and he consistently creates opportunities for the team.

“Logan is still young but has already played a lot of games, and he continues to improve all the time. He’s added real physicality to his game and also gives us a strong threat in the opposition box.

“Scott knows the way to goal and finished the season really strongly. Every team needs a good forward and we’ve got that in Scott. He’s proven himself at this level with the goals and performances he’s produced for us.

“We’re really pleased to have fought off other interest in all our players and their decision to stay says a lot about the atmosphere and environment we’re building at the club, and it also means we’ve already got a really strong spine of the squad in place ahead of the new season.”
