ABTEQ Backs Clyde for Play-Off Campaign

Clyde Football Club is pleased to confirm that ABTEQ will sponsor the away shirt for the play-off campaign.

ABTEQ is the music alias of Aidan Butler, a long-time supporter who continues to back the club despite now being based in Perth, Australia. Aidan has followed Clyde for many years and regularly attends matches when back in Scotland.

Since launching ABTEQ in 2022, he has been building a name within the harder styles scene, evolving his sound from Hardstyle into Uptempo Hardcore and Deutscher Krach. He has already collaborated with a number of established artists, including Cyber Gunz, Schlot and EQUAL2.

Supporters may recognise the ABTEQ name from the 2023–24 season, when it featured on the club’s sleeve during the run-in.

Now, with promotion in sight, Aidan has stepped up again to support the club at a crucial stage of the season.

Clyde FC CEO David Alexander said:

“We’re grateful to Aidan for backing the club once again at such an important time. It’s brilliant to see supporters continuing to get behind Clyde in this way, even from the other side of the world.”

Everyone at the club thanks Aidan for his continued support, with the ABTEQ logo set to feature on the away shirt throughout the play-offs.

You can listen to ABTEQ on Spotify.

Replica shirts with the ABTEQ logo are available to buy on the club shop.
