NEW SIGNING: James Hilton

The club is pleased to announce the signing of James Hilton on a two-year deal, subject to SFA approval.

The 27-year-old joins from Dumbarton, where he has netted 16 goals in the last two seasons, including nine in campaign just ended.

Hilton, an attacking midfielder, began his career at Ayr United, before moving to Stranraer in 2019. He also had a short stint at Edinburgh City before returning for a second spell with The Blues.

Darren Young spoke to the official website after capturing his first summer signing:-

“Jinky is a player who always seems to create chances or score goals whenever he played against my teams so I’m delighted to get him signed up.

“He can play as an attacking midfielder or up front too and he got a good amount of goals last season too in League 1. He’ll be a great addition to our team and give us something extra.”
