Jim Doherty

All at the club are extremely saddened to learn of the passing of our former player Jim Doherty.

Jim joined Clyde from Kilmarnock in May 1981 and made 204 appearances over the next six years, scoring 24 goals. He was part of the Second Division championship winning squad of 1981/82.

His popularity continued long after he left the club, and he was always welcomed by supporters when he came along to games and functions.
