PREVIEW: Clyde v Montrose

The Premier Sports Cup group stage concludes tomorrow and The Bully Wee still have everything to play for as they host Montrose at New Douglas Park.

A win could see Clyde qualify from the group stages of this competition for the first time since 1973. Visitors Montrose currently sit in 4th place on 4 points, having lost 3-2 to Partick Thistle and suffered a penalty shoot-out defeat to Motherwell after a draw, before beating Edinburgh City 2-1 midweek.

The other match in Group G is played 24 hours later on Sunday afternoon, as Motherwell take on Partick Thistle.


MATCHDAY INFORMATION

Kick-off: 3pm

Tickets: Tickets should be purchased online in advance via the Clyde FC Ticket Store or TicketCo Wallet app. Tickets can also be purchase on the turnstiles with cash/contactless payment, but we strongly advise advance purchase to avoid the need to queue at the stadium. There will be no ticket sales from the Clyde matchday office. SEASON TICKETS ARE NOT VALID FOR THIS MATCH.

Stadium Entry: Both sets of supporters should enter via turnstiles 1-3 on the right (south-west corner) of the Main Stand, or via the Main Door through into the Fanzone if they have purchased a ticket in advance. Supporters paying at the gate who wish to access the Fanzone will need to enter via the turnstile first.

Seating Arrangements: Home supporters will be seated in Sections C – J of the Main Stand. Away supporters will be seated in sections A and B of the Main Stand.

Fanzone: The Fanzone will be open for both sets of supporters from 1pm. Access can be gained by entering through the Main Doors or via the stand. The area includes a pool table, a free kids arcade area. A range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as teas and coffees are available, with pints of lager costing just £4. The Club Shop will also be open in the Fanzone. You can also purchase a token for £10 which will allow you entry into the Fanzone at half-time with a pie and pint included in the price (pint includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).

Kiosks: Food kiosks are located at pitch level at both ends of the main stand from 2pm until 4.15pm. Please note that kiosks accept cash only.

Car Parking: Main Stand car parking is reserved for staff, officials and hospitality ticket holders who can park anywhere within this area. There is ample free car parking available in the underground car park on Auchinraith Avenue next to the stadium or at the SLC car park on Caird Street.

The Clyde View: Issue 2 of the the club’s new look matchday programme will be on sale, priced at £3. You can also order through the Club ShopPostal and Digital subscriptions for the season can also be purchased.

Lottery: Weekly lottery tickets will now be on sale in the Fanzone pre-match with ticket plays from just £1. The jackpot stands at £20k with a 2nd prize of £500. The draw is made every Wednesday.
