NEW SIGNING: Marley Redfern

The club is pleased to announce the signing of Marley Redfern on a one-year deal.

Redfern, 21, joins The Bully Wee after his contract with Hamilton Academical expired.

The attacking midfielder has spent his whole career to date at New Douglas Park, coming through the Accies academy and going on to make 50 appearances for the first team, as well as helping them win promotion back to the Championship via the playoffs last season.

Ian McCall spoke to the official website as Marley put pen to paper:-

“Marley is an exciting forward thinking player who can play off the left or right, as well as in the number 10 role. He also poses a goal threat and will give us a good option up that end of the park.

“He’s been unfortunate so far in his career with injuries but he is a young lad with a lot of positive energy who is due some luck, and we’re happy to give him that platform.”
