NEW SIGNING: Jordan Houston
The club is pleased to announce the signing of right-back Jordan Houston on a two-year contract, subject to SFA approval.
Houston, 24, began his career at Rangers and made one appearance for the first team, whilst earning Scotland honours at under-17 and under-19 levels.
Following loan spells at Airdrieonians and Ayr United, Jordan joined the Honest Men on a permanent basis in January 2020 and stayed at Somerset Park for three-and-a-half years, before spending last season with Queen of the South.
Jordan will officially become a Clyde player in June once his contract at Queen of the South expires.
Ian McCall commented:-
“I’m very pleased to welcome Jordan to the club. I signed him on loan at Ayr and then Mark Kerr signed him permanently so he’s a player the coaching staff know a lot about.
“He’s got a good pedigree, he’s quick and will give us good competition for the right-back slot, and he can also fill in as well further forward.”
