Club Statement: Unacceptable Conduct

The club would like to remind Clyde fans of the ground regulations as they relate to the conduct of supporters at home games.

In recent weeks the standard of behaviour in certain areas of the stadium has deteriorated to the extent that people have taken the option to stop attending matches at New Douglas Park.

The vile shouts and chants being heard and witnessed at home matches are totally unacceptable and the recent increase in this behaviour has given the club no option but to enforce the New Douglas Park Ground Regulations at Clyde matches home and away.

These unacceptable behaviour guidelines are published, both in the match programme and the club website, and will be enforced with immediate effect to avoid children and families, as well as other spectators being subjected to this vitriol.

The club has offered, and will continue to offer, the opportunity for any fans or groups, to meet with the club to discuss any issues or grievances, ahead of the planned Q&A which will be held in mid-October, details of which will follow early next week.
