PREVIEW: Queen of the South v Clyde

The Bully Wee will finish 2022 with a trip down the M74 to Dumfries tomorrow as they take on Queen of the South in cinch League 1.

Clyde’s League 1 season got off to a flyer at Palmerston in July with an emphatic 4-1 win but have picked up just 7 points since that day. The Doonhamers sit two places and 13 points above Clyde with one more game played. Grant Murray will be in caretaker charge of Queens, with ex-manager Wullie Gibson having departed just before Christmas.

Andy Rodden returns to Jim Duffy’s squad having served one match of his suspension, with the second game to be served in the SPFL Trust Trophy tie vs Hamilton Accies. There are no fresh injury concerns reported, with Ryan Mullen, Erik Sula, Ross Cunningham and Conner Duthie remaining out.

Tickets for the game are on sale through the Queen of the South ticketing website or the TicketCo Wallet App (you can download the app here).

Supporters are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. There is no pay-at-the-gate facility available, supporters wishing to buy tickets at the ground must do so at the QOS Arena (behind the Main Stand). Clyde supporters will be seated in section 7 of the BDS Digital Stand.
