AGM Reminder

The club would like to remind Owners that the rescheduled Annual General Meeting for the year ending 30th June 2021, goes ahead on Thursday 20th January at 7.30pm by Zoom.

The AGM, originally planned for 13th December at Broadwood, was postponed due to the increased spread of the Covid 19 variant Omicron.

While this meeting will now be held virtually, there will be an opportunity to raise questions on the formal business of the meeting on the night, as well as to vote on the five resolutions included in the papers sent out last week.

Those wishing to attend must email agm@clydefc.co.uk not later than 6pm on Tuesday 18th January 2022. Owners will then receive their log in instructions for the meeting.

Owners unable to attend, for validation purposes, should return their proxy form to Clyde FC CIC, Broadwood Stadium, Cumbernauld G68 9NE or via email to gordon.nisbet@clydefc.co.uk no later than 5pm on Monday 17th January 2022.
