PREVIEW: Forfar Athletic v Clyde
Clyde travel to Angus tomorrow to take on Forfar Athletic in Ladbrokes League 1.
The Loons have enjoyed a good start to the 2019-20 campaign, picking up two wins out of three, but Clyde are just two points behind in the table following last week’s home win over Falkirk.
For Clyde tomorrow, the squad will be boosted by the return from injury of both Barry Cuddihy and Kieran Duffie.
Speaking to the official website this evening, Danny Lennon said:-
“It was a great performance and result last week, also getting a clean sheet, and that’s what we can achieve when everyone follows their instructions and produces a high level of performance. We can’t just say that we’ll try to do the same again though – there’s still room for improvement.
“We need to lift it again tomorrow and give it absolutely everything to get the three points that we want. We should be aiming to raise the standards every single week and I really believe that there is more to come from the group.
“Forfar have been in this league for a few seasons now and they know what it’s all about. They’ve had a decent start and they’ve got a good, experienced squad so we know the match will be a real challenge.”
Admission prices for Clyde supporters at Station Park (terracing) are; adults £14, concessions £8, under-17s £5.
