McStay Signs New Contract
The club is pleased to announce that Chris McStay has extended his stay with The Bully Wee ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.
Chris signed a new one-year contract this afternoon.
The 23-year-old midfielder joined Clyde in February 2018, having previously been with Sutherland Sharks in Australia, and has featured in 60 matches for the club to date.
Speaking to the official website, Danny Lennon said:-
“I am delighted that Chris is pledging his immediate future to Clyde. He has made a strong contribution over the past 18 months and helped the club to make significant strides forward.
“I am excited about what the future holds for Chris and grateful for the opportunity to work with him again, this time in a higher league. He has great potential to enjoy a fantastic career in football. We are committed to helping him fulfil more of that potential in the season ahead and see where that takes both him and the club.”
