Lang Returns to Training

The club has received a boost this week with the news that Tom Lang has returned to first team training.

Lang, 21, has been out since March with a knee injury but the versatile player is now getting close to being available for selection again.

Clyde manager Danny Lennon said:-

“Tom has worked really hard to get back and we could see how buzzing he was to be involved with the squad on Tuesday. It was important that we waited for the specialist to give him the go ahead and thankfully we’re now at that stage.

“He’s probably still two or three weeks away from being involved in a matchday, but a couple of weeks is not long after coming through a period of five months out.

“Tom is a determined boy and I know how hard he will push to earn a place in the team. It’s great news for him, the club and the supporters.”
