Summer Holiday Camps
Bookings are now being taken for the Clyde FC Summer Holiday Camps 2018.
The camps give children the ideal opportunity to spend their school break having fun and playing football. Run by the Clyde FC Community Foundation, they are open to children between 4-15 years old and will be held at Stepps Primary School.
They will run from Monday 16th July to Friday 10th August. Kids have the option to stay for either two hours (10-12pm or 1-3pm) or for the full day (10-3pm).
Tom Elliott, head of the Community Foundation, said: “We had a ball at Easter and I am looking forward to the Summer Camps. It’s brilliant for the connection between the club and the community; and really good for the kids. Exercise is a great thing for young people, they get a lot from it and it helps them to develop steadily.”
During the camps, children will benefit from structured coaching sessions directed by SFA qualified staff, undertake fun challenges, collect a completion certificate and receive a gift from the club. Everyone who takes part will also receive a free match tickets for a Clyde home match.
