The club is delighted to announce that Chris McStay has agreed to extend his stay with Clyde for the 2018-19 season.
Chris, 22, joined The Bully Wee in February following a spell with Sutherland Sharks in Australia.
The midfielder went on to start in 15 matches during a busy end to last season, scoring three goals and contributing four assists. His performances were also recognised at a wider level, when he was named the Ladbrokes League 2 Player of the Month for March.
Speaking to the official website, Danny Lennon said:-
“We are delighted that Chris has agreed to continue his football journey with us next season. He made an excellent contribution during a positive time for the team in the second half of the last campaign.
“He is a player who has very good qualities and a whole lot of potential to become a top player.
“We appreciate the trust he has placed in the coaching staff at Clyde to help him convert that potential into consistently strong, eye-catching performances.”
