PREVIEW: Edinburgh City v Clyde

It’s the penultimate round of matches in Ladbrokes League 2 tomorrow as Clyde travel to the capital to take on Edinburgh City.

The Bully Wee need a win to keep alive any chance of reaching the promotion play-offs, with The Citizens having already secured their safety for another season.

Danny Lennon has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the away match, but he was pleased to report good progress being made by long term absentees Matt Flynn, Callum Home, Jack Breslin and Tom Lang.

The Clyde manager said:-

“All we can do is control our own part, pick up maximum points tomorrow and see if that leaves us with an opportunity at Broadwood next week. We’re ready to do our bit at least.

“We’ve had a lot of good signs recently that the club is making good progress, on and off the pitch, and with two games to go we want to finish this campaign as well as we possibly can. That will set strong foundations for next season no matter what happens with the final league table.”

Admission prices at Ainslie Park are £12 for adults and £6 for concessions.
