ROCK REGEN Sponsor Away Shirt
The club is pleased to officially launch its new away kit for the 2017-18 season and delighted to announce that ROCK REGEN will be the main sponsor on the front of the jersey.
Hummel Sport are once again the manufacturer and the kit is modelled here by Kevin Nicoll, who has been named as the club’s new captain.
ROCK REGEN is a newly established Community Interest Company that creates the conditions for regenerative social entrepreneurial activity. It has been established by Clyde chairman Norrie Innes, who is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry; specialising in the design, construction, and management of urban areas through his own award-winning and successful group of companies.
Also featuring on the rear of the shirt are the Clyde Foundation and North Lanarkshire Leisure.
Speaking to the official website, Norrie Innes said: “Our new away strip has a bold and strong attitude. It has something about it, but it also displays a clear message of social good through our footballing purpose and various partnerships.
“ROCK REGEN are delighted to support the club’s footballing development. This is and must remain the core primary objective. Through its expansive skill sets, it creates the positive conditions for good, creative things to happen and this approach can be applied to almost anything. ROCK REGEN will be working closely with the club and other partners in the season ahead.
“The Clyde Foundation is our ‘River of Good’ – the work it carries out is amazing and we want to scale up and extend the reach of the great work our team delivers under Tom Elliott. NL Leisure, through the leadership of Emma Walker and her committed and capable team, provide the North Lanarkshire community with a fantastic range of sporting, health and wellbeing facilities.
“We also want to align with and support all of our corporate socially responsible partners, such as our home shirt sponsors, Advance Construction.”
The new kit will be worn by the team for the first time on Tuesday, at the Betfred Cup Group E match against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.
Replica kits are on sale now at the Only Sport website or from the Club Shop at Broadwood on matchdays.
