Friendlies Schedule Concludes

Clyde’s third and final friendly match of the summer took place at Broadwood this afternoon, as League 1 side Raith Rovers registered a 2-1 win in another good workout for Jim Chapman’s squad.

The Kirkcaldy men took the lead in the first half when Liam Buchanan found the net with a low shot.

In the second half, David Goodwillie’s shot was blocked by an arm in the box and the forward scored from the subsequent penalty kick. However, an own goal by Max Wright, following a cross into the box, restored the Rovers’ lead.
