New Signing: Darren Miller

The club can confirm a further new addition to the first team squad this evening, with midfielder Darren Miller agreeing to join Clyde.

The 24-year-old is formerly of Albion Rovers, Dumbarton and Queen’s Park. During his second stint with The Spiders last season, he also spent a short spell on loan with The Bully Wee, featuring in seven matches.

Miller’s current club is Colville Park Amateurs and his one-year contract with Clyde will begin at the start of July, once his deal with Colville ends.

Speaking to the official website, Jim Chapman said:-

“Darren knows the club and he knows what will be expected of him this season. He’s got more than enough ability, but this is probably a last chance for him at senior level and he knows that he needs to take it.”
