New Signing: Blair Currie

The club is delighted to announce the signing of Blair Currie from Annan Athletic.

The 23-year-old goalkeeper started his career with Rangers and then moved to Hamilton, following a loan period at New Douglas Park.

After making a handful of appearances for The Accies, Blair joined Annan in 2015 and went on to establish himself as their first choice keeper, being named in the SPFL League 2 Team of the Year for the 2016-17 season.

Clyde manager, Jim Chapman said: “Blair was a priority target for us, so I’m delighted that we have completed the signature. We know what he is capable of.”

Currie put pen to paper on a one-year deal with The Bully Wee earlier this evening.
