Players Released

The club can confirm that, following the expiry of their contracts, the following players have been released.

John Gibson, Sean Higgins, Jon Paul McGovern, Scott McLaughlin, Ross Perry and Kevin Rutkiewicz are all leaving Clyde and the club would like to wish them well in their future careers.

Jim Chapman, after formally commencing his duties yesterday, is continuing the process of meeting all of last season’s squad individually as holidays and availability allows. Further news on the rest of the players to be released or retained will follow.

Four players – Matt Flynn, Jordan Lowdon, Ewan McNeil and Martin McNiff – are already under contract for the 2017-18 campaign after signing two-year deals with the club last summer.
