Divine Joins Camelon on Loan

Clyde under-20 forward Divine Shanganya has joined Camelon Juniors on loan until the end of the season, in a move aimed to enhance his development.

Shanganya, 19, joined The Bully Wee’s under-20 squad in the summer and has already been named on the bench for the first team, at Berwick Rangers in October.

During his time at the East Superleague club, Divine will still be eligible to play for Clyde in the Development League West.

Under-20 coach, Richard Fox said: “This is a great opportunity for Divine to show what he can do at a higher level, playing week in week out against experienced defenders.

“He played for Camelon in a friendly against a Stenhousemuir XI on Tuesday and performed really well, setting up the goal in a 1-1 draw.

“We wish him all the best and I hope that he comes back to Clyde an even better player.”
