Good News for Perry
Ross Perry and the first team squad have received a boost following the weekend, with the news that the injury that forced the defender to leave the field against Elgin City is not serious.
The 26-year-old suffered a dead leg in the match and will be assessed by Barry Ferguson and physio John Kerr before Saturday’s match against Arbroath at Gayfield.
Barry said: “We suspected that it was a dead leg on Saturday, but we didn’t want to take any chances on it. Ross wanted to play on but a dead leg can cause muscles to tighten and create other issues.”
Perry has already featured in 8 matches since joining The Bully Wee at the end of August.
