PREVIEW: Clyde v Annan Athletic

The Bully Wee will host The Galabankies at Broadwood tomorrow night.

The match is the last outstanding fixture in the Ladbrokes League 2 schedule and could be hugely significant, with both clubs aiming for promotion.

For Clyde, David Marsh is suspended following his red card on Saturday and Paul Slane is ruled out with a virus. John Gemmell will be assessed before the match, after undergoing an operation on his hand at the end of last week.

Barry Ferguson spoke to the official website ahead of the midweek game:-

“Every game is a big one now and, as I said before the weekend, it’s the sort of game we need to win if we are to have aspirations of finishing top. The one thing I know is that the boys will give it 100% again.

“Annan have just had two good results against Queen’s Park and Berwick and Jim Chapman always has his teams organised and up for the match. It’ll be a physical game and we’ll need to go out ready to compete on that front.”

Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
