PREVIEW: Livingston v Clyde
On Saturday, for the second time in a week, Clyde will travel to Almondvale for a cup tie.
Following a 2-1 win for The Lions in the Petrofac Training Cup, this time it’s the First Round of the League Cup.
For The Bully Wee, Scott Durie is out with a double hernia but David Marsh returns to the squad after missing last weekend’s match due to suspension.
Clyde manager Barry Ferguson said: “I want to win every game I play. I’ve always said that the league is our bread and butter but a cup run is always nice and it can be important for the club as well. We’ve worked hard on our gameplan this week and we’ll be doing all we can to win the tie.
“There’s no doubt that Livi are a good side but we finished strongly against them last week so we can take positives from that.
“The Clyde fans were superb last week and it would be great to have even more of that on Saturday.”
Kick-off is at 3pm with extra-time and penalties being played if required.
