Willie O’Neill Steps Down

The club is disappointed to announce that Director of Youth Development, Willie O’Neill, has advised that he will not be continuing in his role with Clyde.

Willie brought a significant amount of energy and time commitment to the SFA’s Club Academy Scotland programme, that has grown under his leadership and has seen a number of youngsters make the step up to the first team.

The club wishes Willie and his family well and extends its thanks to them for their significant contribution to the Academy and the club in general.

Former club secretary John Taylor will take interim responsibility for the Academy and the Cumbernauld-based Community Football programme.
