Coyne Joins The Bully Wee
Clyde FC is pleased to announce the signature of former Stirling Albion striker Bradley Coyne.
The 20-year-old, previously of St. Mirren and Forfar Athletic, tonight signed a six-month deal with The Bully Wee.
Coyne’s first taste of first team football came in 2011, when St. Mirren gave him permission to join East Stirling on loan. A successful period followed at The Shire, including a debut goal against Clyde at Broadwood.
He left St. Mirren Park permanently in the January 2012 transfer window and was snapped up by Forfar, where his steady goalscoring form continued. A subsequent move to Stirling followed ahead of the 2012-13 campaign, but a serious injury kept him out of the side for the majority of the season.
After featuring mostly from the bench for The Binos this term, he left Forthbank last week and Jim Duffy was quick to bring him to Broadwood to boost the club’s options in attack.
Bradley could be part of the squad for the League Two match at Elgin City on Saturday.
