Marsh Faces Absence
The Bully Wee have suffered a major blow with the news that David Marsh has been ruled out of action for a significant period of time, due to injury.
The defender, who signed for Clyde from Cumbernauld United in the summer, has impressed supporters with his performances at the back but he has been carrying a problem for a number of weeks.
“David saw a specialist this week,” Jim Duffy told the official website. “As we feared, he has been diagnosed with an abductor tear and been advised to rest. David has been struggling with this injury for a while but he has done well for the team.
“We need to listen to the advice and that means complete rest before starting treatment, so we can’t target any return date at the moment.
“It is a blow as our options are limited in defence, but he needs to get this sorted.”
