PREVIEW: Clyde v Montrose
Clyde face Montrose tomorrow in the IRN-BRU Third Division, but continue to have a few injury concerns.
The Bully Wee’s boss, Jim Duffy commented, “John Neill and Jason Marr are struggling and Jack Sloss remains out but despite the injuries I do think performances have been good of late. At Elgin the players worked really hard to get a deserved point and we will need that approach again against Montrose.
Against Alloa last Saturday it was a bit like groundhog day as we got into good areas but failed to make an impact. We can teach players about working as a unit and defending well but as we build the side up, the final third is the hardest part to get right but we will continue to work away at it.
We know we have not won for a few games and it would be great to put that right, get the three points, open up a bigger gap on our opponents and get closer to the sides in mid-table.”
